Poker V is a free-to-play, play-money Texas Hold'em poker game. It is available as a Telegram Mini App and at poker-v.com.
By using Poker V, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Poker V uses virtual chips with NO real-money value. Chips cannot be:
Poker V is NOT a gambling service. No real money is wagered at any time.
Poker V includes game modes (Practice and AI Kombat) where you play against computer-controlled opponents (“bots”) instead of, or alongside, other players. Bots are automated software, not real people, and are disclosed to you in-app before you play against them. Nothing in this section changes Section 6’s prohibition on you using automated tools to play against other players — Poker V’s own bot opponents are a feature of the app, not a violation of it.
You must be 18 years or older to use Poker V. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we have reason to believe a user is under 18.
Your identity is based on your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
If you play via poker-v.com without Telegram, a unique identifier (UUID) is generated and stored locally on your device. You may optionally connect a Telegram account later.
By uploading a profile photo or using any future communication features (including Card Chat), you grant Poker V a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content to other players within the app. This license exists solely to operate the game — we will not use your content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for any content you upload. Do not upload:
Voice chat is optional and off by default. When you enable it, your microphone audio is sent live to the other players at your table and is never recorded or stored by us. You are responsible for what you say. Anyone nearby may be heard, so do not enable your microphone where others have not agreed to be heard. You can change your voice mode or turn your microphone off at any time. Blocking and reporting apply to voice as they do to text, and voice adds a per-player mute you can use at any time. A player you have blocked can neither hear you nor be heard by you.

We may suspend or permanently ban your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons include but are not limited to violation of these Terms or reported misconduct.
Banned users lose access to their chip balance and game history. Chips have no real value (see section 2), so no refund or compensation applies.
Chip balances are virtual and have no monetary value. If in-app purchases are introduced in the future (e.g., via Telegram Stars), separate purchase terms will apply at that time.
We reserve the right to modify chip balances, top-up amounts, and game economics at any time.
In AI Kombat’s Elimination mode, you stake an entry amount of your virtual chip balance to play against a table of bot opponents. If you are eliminated (run out of chips) before defeating every bot at the table, your entry stake is forfeit — there is no rebuy or refund. If you defeat every bot at the table, the chips remaining on the table are credited to your balance. As with all chips in the app (Section 2), everything staked or won in Elimination mode is virtual, has no real-money value, and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or cashed out.
Poker V, including its design, code, animations, and branding, is the property of Poker V. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Poker V is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker V and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Since no real money is involved, maximum aggregate liability is limited to zero (€0).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
