Poker V (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Poker V application, a play-money Texas Hold'em poker game available as a Telegram Mini App and at poker-v.com.

When you open Poker V inside Telegram, we automatically receive from Telegram:
We use this solely to identify you at the poker table. We do not access your contacts, messages, or any other Telegram data.
If you upload a custom profile photo, it is stored on Cloudinary (a third-party image hosting service). You can delete your photo at any time from your profile settings.
We store your gameplay statistics:
This data is used to display your profile, populate leaderboards, and improve the game.
We use PostHog (posthog.com) to collect anonymous usage events:
PostHog data is processed in the United States. No personally identifiable information (name, photo, Telegram ID) is sent to PostHog. See section 6 for international transfers.

This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Our server (hosted in the Netherlands) records standard access logs including IP addresses. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
Voice audio is sent directly between players' devices (peer-to-peer). It does not pass through, and is never stored on, our servers. Where a direct connection cannot be established, a relay server forwards the audio in transit without retaining it. We do not record, transcribe, analyse or retain any voice audio for any purpose. While Open mic is on, your own device measures your microphone's loudness locally so other players can see when you are speaking. That measurement never leaves your device, and we never analyse or retain the audio itself. Reports about voice conduct record who was reported, when and at which table — never the audio itself.

Your game data is stored on a server in the Netherlands (EU). Analytics data is processed by PostHog in the United States. PostHog provides appropriate safeguards under GDPR for EU-to-US transfers.

Poker V is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will delete their data promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of Poker V after changes constitutes acceptance.
